Thank you for choosing M NY Flowers Inc.! Below is our detailed shipping policy to ensure clarity and transparency regarding your order's delivery.

Order Processing
Orders are processed promptly, and we offer same-day delivery for orders placed by 7 PM within our delivery area.

Delivery Areas
We deliver exclusively within the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut). Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping or delivery outside of these locations.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Incorrect Delivery Address:
    Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. M NY Flowers Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional delivery fees due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Deliveries Left with a Doorman:
    If delivery is made to a doorman or concierge, M NY Flowers Inc. is no longer responsible for the package once it has been handed off.

  • Deliveries Left at the Premises:
    If no one is available to receive the delivery, M NY Flowers Inc. reserves the right to leave the package at the recipient's door or on their premises if deemed safe. If there is no access to the building or no safe way to leave the package, the delivery will be returned to our store. In such cases, the delivery fee will need to be paid again for re-delivery, or the item may be picked up from our store at no additional cost.

Same-Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery up until 7 PM for eligible orders within our delivery area. For any questions about same-day availability, please contact us directly.

Damages or Issues with Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at Mmyflowers07@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Special Delivery Instructions
We take great care to ensure successful delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery and no safe location is found, the package will be returned to our store. Delivery fees are non-refundable and will apply again for re-delivery. Alternatively, the order may be picked up from our store at no charge.
