Users must be 18 years or older to access and use the Service. Accounts are personal to the user and may not be shared, assigned, or transferred to another person or entity. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords. M NY FLOWERS INC is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.

By submitting content, feedback, or materials (collectively "Submissions") through the Service, you agree the Submissions are non-confidential and grant M NY FLOWERS INC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and create derivative works of the Submissions. Submissions must not include defamatory, abusive, harassing, or otherwise unlawful content. M NY FLOWERS INC reserves the right to remove or refuse to post Submissions at its discretion.

The materials and content provided by the Service, including text, images, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of M NY FLOWERS INC or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce content without prior written consent from M NY FLOWERS INC. Unauthorized use of Service Content may result in legal action.

M NY FLOWERS INC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Users may terminate their account by contacting the Company via email.

By opting into the SMS/MMS messaging program, you consent to receive autodialed marketing messages at the provided phone number. Message and data rates may apply. To opt-out, follow the instructions included in the messages. Users must notify M NY FLOWERS INC if they change their phone number to avoid liability for future messages sent to the new owner of the number. If you have a dispute with M NY FLOWERS INC, you must first submit a written Notice of Dispute via email at mmyflowers07@gmail.com, including details of the dispute and desired resolution. If a dispute is not resolved within 45 days, you agree to binding arbitration as the sole remedy for resolving disputes. Class actions and representative claims are waived. Small claims court is available for eligible disputes. Disputes will be governed by the local laws of M NY FLOWERS INC's location and resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. M NY FLOWERS INC makes no warranties regarding the reliability, quality, or availability of the Service or any associated products. M NY FLOWERS INC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

M NY FLOWERS INC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the local laws of M NY FLOWERS INC’s jurisdiction, regardless of the user’s location.
